Carbon fibre inner beadlock

Made from 100% carbon fibre not bulked up with any kind of core material, Fist of a kind 5mm thick 109mm inside diameter.  One of the reason no one has produced carbon inner beadlocks is down to waste material on the inside, the norm would be to get a inner and outer from the same piece but this would sacrifice the strength of the inner beadlock.  

When the beadlocks are in the machining process we do not countersink the screw holes as we have found this makes them much stronger where the material is at its thinnest. Beadlocks can be countersunk by special request.
