PrePreg Carbon Fibre Beadlocks

Our carbon fibre beadlocks are made from high quality Prepreg commonly used in aircraft and F1 cars. Our Prepreg consists of a combination of a matrix (or resin) and fibre reinforcement. It is ready to use in the component. This method is far more superior than wet lay up, with additional weight saving and strength.

When the beadlocks are in the machining process we do not countersink the screw holes as we have found this makes them much stronger where the material is at its thinnest. Beadlocks can be countersunk by special request.
